COMPANY CHILDCARE
MarketMakers is working on innovative solutions to remove a key constraint relating to mothers and fathers returning to work following childbirth – increased access to childcare, both daycare and pre-school.
MarketMakers will partner with a small number of larger employers who wish to open their own childcare facilities on-site or enter a service agreement with private kindergartens to expand their operations.
Not only will these companies offer childcare services to their employees, but an increase in the supply-side within companies will relieve pressure on state kindergartens and gradually free-up places for those on waiting lists. The project will partner with a small number of companies in 2019 and aim to scale-up together with the canton or entity governments in 2020.

If you are a large employer that would like to introduce childcare provision for your employers, feel free to contact us!

MarketMakers also remains open to speculative enquiries.
This website is developed within MarketMakers project which is supported by the Swiss Government.
